Playing in Paradise: Challenge #02

Howdy all! Ally here with our Playing in Paradise Challenge for this wonderful Friday. Our new team of designers had quite a "hoot" designing some fun projects to showcase this week using this week's inspiration.

This week's challenge is to create a card or layout using this happy little fellow as your inspiration....
